The Quran Kids
These were the tips to boost up your child to start learning Quran. Now if your child has started learning quran, following tips would help you a lot.
1) Keep it simple at start. Don’t force your child to spend a lot of time on learning Quran. Let him do it at his own comfort level. For example, 10 minutes of dedicated and happy learning would be a lot better than an hour of learning by force, against the will of your child.
2) Let them know that something very special will follow quran time, like a good story or playtime with mom.
3) Set goals, and rewards for achieving a goal. Eg. You would buy your child a remote control car if he / she finishes a chapter of Quran in a specified time.
4) lay Quran softly in the home during playtime, morning routine, end-of-night routine. Turn off the TV
5) Recite short quran surahs in the car on the way to school, or shopping etc.
6) Keep the mood loving during the learning process. Give your child lots of hugs and cuddles.
7) Don’t punish them hard, or donot get tired of repeated mistakes of your child while learning Quran. Be patient. Every child has its own pace of work.
8) You can encourage a healthy competition between your children eg “ who finishes his/ her lesson first, will be given a surprise gift”.
9) Aim to do two short Quran sessions a day.like one after Fajar and one before Asar prayer. This way if you miss one, you won’t feel badly.
10) Keep interaction with the tutor ( if you choose to have a home tutor, or online tutor for quran learning). Discuss progress of your child with tutor on regular basis.

Blessing of Islam
Islam
In Arabic, the word “Islam” means submission or surrender – however, it was derived from the root word “salam”. From this root word, you can also derive the words peace and safety. Many people feel that Islam implies some sort ofenslavement to Allah, but others find it more helpful to define the word “Islam” as surrender. Many religions have a concept of surrender to God. In Jewish history, when the ancient Hebrews obeyed God’s commands, they had a long period of prosperity and stability. In Christianity, surrendering to God is a way of putting your life into more capable hands – in fact, Jesus asked many of his disciples to surrender their livelihoods and follow him. So, if we look at the word ‘Islam’ in this way, we can understand why obeying Allah’s commands and trusting in Allah’s wisdom could bring about peace for a Muslim. The word does not represent a one-sided relationship, where the believer is enslaved to Allah. Rather, the word Islam indicates a covenant between Allahand his followers, where a Muslim surrenders his or her will to Allah in return for peace or safety. |

Why fall in Love with this Dunya when Jannah is waiting For You ?
Dunya: (the life of) this world; a test from Allah; deceiving enjoyment; temporary abode
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
[He] who created death and life to test you [as to]
which of you is best in deed - and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving -
(Quran 67:2)
Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children - like the
example
of a rain whose [resulting] plant growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turned yellow; then it becomes [scattered] debris. And in the Hereafter is severe punishment and forgiveness from Allah and approval. And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion.
(Quran 57:20)
O mankind, fear your Lord and fear a Day when no father will avail his son, nor will a son avail his father at all. Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth, so let not the worldly life delude you and be not deceived about Allah by the Deceiver.
Quran 31:33) !!!!!
Beautified for people is the love of that which they desire - of women and sons, heaped-up sums of gold and silver, fine branded horses, and cattle and tilled land. That is the enjoyment of worldly life, but Allah has with Him the best return.
(Quran 3:14)
Say, "Shall I inform you of [something] better than that? For those who fear Allah will be gardens in the presence of their Lord beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally, and purified spouses and approval from Allah . And Allah is Seeing of [His] servants -(Quran 3:15
The Prophet s.a.w. said “This world is a prison for the believer and a Jannah for the disbeliever”. The disbeliever is not held back from anything and the believer fears His Lord and fears the consequence.
Time is short today we are living, tomorrow we are dead. It is up to us
What is our goal in life?
What we like to achieve?
What we like to take with us when we die?
What is the preparation of the journey after death?
May Allah [swt] save us from Duniya!
May Allah [swt] empty our heart from loving Duniya!
May Allah [swt] fill our heart with Akhirah!
May Allah [swt] fill our heart with the reality of loving Akhirah!
May Allah [swt] fill our heart with loving Allah [swt]!
May Allah [swt] make us the lucky one who seeks the pleasure of Allah [swt]!
May Allah [swt] make us the lucky one who seeks the rahma of Allah [swt]!
May Allah [swt] make us the one who leaves this Duniya and He [swt] is pleased with him!
Ameen Ya Rabbil Alamin !!!!!
