You will surely be tested in your possessions and in yourselves. And you will surely hear from those who were given the Scripture before you and from those who associate others with Allah much abuse. The women's Crown

Woman rights on Islam:

The women's Crown

Woman may be sister, wife, or daughter and she is really greater than described as a half of society.
Indeed, she is so, but moreover she is the responsible in how to perfect her twin counterpart partnership the man. For this reason the woman must be regarded as Allah The Great and Almighty recommended us about her.
When we talk about woman values according to Islamic consideration we must depend on the virtue of Koran and Hadith on which there is many difference on what had come on the book of Allah and on the Sunna of his Prophet from one hand and what is applicable on some Islamic societies of prejudice practicing against woman on the other hand . This some prejudice practicing against woman on Islamic society, which is, always out of the Islamic laws, make perplexes to the Islam religion and bring reasons to the other than Islamic- societies to criticize Islam and wage their tongues on crusade campaign against Islam.
Islam gratefully had proceeded on the rights of woman when she was as insignificant stuff exposures to be sold or bought at the period before Islam advent.
Prophet Muhammad God's blessing and peace upon him had welcomed and supported the rights of woman whether the women is sister or wife .etc… for this reason we might follow our prophet's approach which is knowable for each one that man rights on Islam are not too widely differ from woman rights, but only on such considerations that are compatible with the environment which God's creation makes distinctions between man and woman in order to preserve the shyness of the woman not more.
Before we initiate our course on talking about the greatness position of woman in Islam and her rights and her obligations, we need to speak out about the tumbles and the retrogressions of societies at the last century which occur obviously and virtually when they neglect the woman's rights and didn't treat her according to the Islamic legislations, when they seek to apply her what they called the "woman rights" according to their worldly laws, then the woman step by step turns to be as a stuff for selling and buying, especially on those religious societies and civilizations that precede Islam which they are indeed only" talkative" about the woman rights.
When the modern societies neglect the values and the sacred role of women which God recommends for her , and when they have put on the laws of life legislation such as the new definitions and philosophy doctrines of human rights and woman rights, the women on this occasion becomes as merchandise which is in request exposure to be bought and sold as much as she has beauty and charm on her figure as the movie stars who tempt people. lastly when she lacks the properties of shine figure she becomes deserted because she looses the virtue of moral values.
When these values of Islam turned to be abandoned, we shall expect the decay and the decline of societies for worst behavioral values and temptation, since the woman is the valve of safety and when this valve is punctured, the whole rights will be affected and the society turns to deterioration on all its aspects as the Arabic poet said;
"Mother is as school if you consider her appreciations at last you will gain good quality of people".
Each society will not catch the progress line by tackling only with the equality between man and woman on just using the new applications of applicable laws, unless this society itself deals rightfully according to the natural distinction between woman and man as religious doctrines recommendations.
When woman role is taken into consideration, the family will return back to its virtuous and righteous role not momently, but for everlasting.
Many Islamic societies are dragged on to follow the new instructions and disciplines of freedom pertaining to woman which leads to the failure of Arabic and Muslim woman on the side of her Islamic characteristics that God donates her.
At last the Muslim woman lost her original features and neither she is the familiar Arabic woman or the western woman because of this decline and this disappointment.
We quite know that West Societies people will not regard the Arabic woman, however, she was educated and enlightened because of their superiority and mockery keep –sighting against Muslim woman.
Now after entering this dark tunnel of misguided thoughts which leads to scratch the woman shyness and decide into turning her to be as insignificant material for buying and selling. Is it possible now for time or history to be amended and asking about the restoration of the fallen nature of woman to be recovered back for her shine role and position?
I think when we talk about woman, we must return back to the period of our Prophet Mohammad and his pious Companions -God's blessing and peace upon him- to ask ourselves how they judge and treat their women on the shadowy of Islam religion.
And to ask ourselves about our exemplar Prophet; was he stern or kind with his wives and daughters and other women of his nation.
Does the Prophet cooperates with woman and don't oppress her rights ? Does he really respect and consider her rights?
We should ask ourselves all the above forementioned questions to find out the reality of Islam how it is handling with women matter.
Anyone shouldn't accuse the Islamic religious of thing is clear out of it, and who claims the right way may return to judging himself on the green light of Islam purposes such as Koran and Sunna of the Prophet , and might not govern on the tribalism disputes which lack the origin of Islam aspects or Islamic constitution.
Now after mentioning the above preamble we shall turn to state the role and the status of woman on Islam in systematic and scientific methodical approaches by the following notices:
1- the status of woman according to Sunna of Prophet and Koran:
Allah the Great and Almighty confirms oh his Reverend Sacred Book the greatness of woman role and accord her the specific care and attention since she has general outstanding roles on society which may be precede the man on several views, on which our Prophet had confirmed upon the prominent status of woman on several sayings of his Sunna relating and each of it assures her respectful rank on the society.
It is seemed thoroughly and perfectly with out doubt that there is no reasons or perplexing thought to whom claimed the lack of woman rights on Islam and the door is totally shut out against those atheists who stab Islam religion on its back or can engage their noses to speak out shamelessly about woman on Islam.
A- woman on the shadowy light of Koran:
Before the West Institutions issued and before their Revolutions start and when Europe lived on darkness and govern its people with the Law of Jungle and when their people eat others on struggles and catastrophic weep and death, the lights of Islam illuminates many parts of Arabian desert and the Eastern homelands which predicts the new dawn of Islam religion and really new rooted transformational movement appears and alteration is made to change the status of human from paganism to treat him with the free flexible thought of Islam and to save the woman from the stern behavior of bad custom tragedy traditions as the habit of olden days.
There are several Verses of the Holy Koran which state about the woman rights and her obligations to donate her the prominent role on the society.
These are lists of example Verses of Koran we state bellow:

1- Woman Sura Verse 1, Allah The Great and Almighty said : (( O, people worship your God, who creates you from one soul and creates from this soul her spouse and sows widely both women and men of this seed. I order you to obey and fear thy God who will asks you at doomsday about your deeds and be careful with your cognate relationships. Allah is watcher and observer in what you do))

2- On the Alhugurat( champers) Sura Allah The Great and Almighty said: (( O, people we create you from male and female and we allow you to be nations and tribes in order to acquaint each other. The generous one between you is who fears God and obeys Him gratefully)).

3- Woman Sura Verse 11 Allah The Great and Almighty Said:
Allah recommends and perch you to be wise and justice between your sons, that is the male must have double portion contrasted to what the female is worthy of heritage, and if the females are more than two they ought to have the one- third of the heritage, and if it is only one daughter, she may have the half of what her father left, and for his parents who still lived the one of six of the heritage if the deceased has son, but if the deceased has not sons, his mother should have the one – third of what had left of heritages, but if the deceased had left brothers, her mother should have the one of six after the will is written on or is entrusted with someone. You don't know which son is the most helpful for you. This is task and willing of God upon you. The Glorious God is wisdom and knowable on his creatures affairs.))
The precise wisdom of the above divisions of heritage, that male had the double portions against female, based on; that woman has not responsibility as man and it is quite justice judgment, and when the woman married she has of course her totally rights upon her husband and if we look generally and scrupulously but neutrally we can find that woman had advantages more than man and has the best position rather than her partner the man.

4- The Bees Sura Verse 97 Allah The Great and Almighty states:
((Who do the good deeds whether he is male or female if he is faithful, we shall donates him the easy life and we shall rewarding him the best reward than his good deeds.))

5- Woman Sura Verse 32 Allah The Great and Almighty said:
(( Don't wish to obtain something if God prefers one of you rather than the others on blessing, the men have portion of what they had acquired and as well as the women so likewise. Ask your God to donate you from his Favour, Allah is knowable on everything.))

6- Repentance Sura Verse 71. Allah The Great and Almighty said:
(( Faithful women and faithful men each of them is the guardian and the custodian of other and each one of them order for the behalf of good deed, and forbid the viciousness, pray to his God, gives the Zakat, and obey Allah and his Prophet. Those people Allah shall be mercy with them and reward them. Allah is Mighty and Wise))

7- Woman Sura Verse 19 Allah The Great and Almighty said:
(( O, Faithful people; you are not allowed to inherit women hatefully and prevent them from marrying in order to take over on their heritage unless they commit manifest adultery and you may handle them with courtesy. If you hate them, may be blessing of God hides in the part you hate.))
It is clear from the above forementioned Verses of Koran that Islam don't differ or makes distinctions between man and woman, but judges them equally according to what each one of them is deserved of his equivalent rights, in spite of those who provoke hostility against Islam, because they had not any excuses but only to refute and tried to lessen or distort the shining picture and the righteous principles of Islam, but even if they seek vainly, our God will protect and support this religion and will enlighten this belief until it is entirely go ahead.
Even we had discussed the position of woman through Koran, we may pay a visit into what our Prophet Sunna to enlighten our speech by his tasteful speech and instructions into both doing and saying and control the light upon the woman right according to his view.

Stay with Allah don't be lonely

“…for without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction.”
(Surah Al-Rad, 13:28)
To be close to our Creator is a fundamental need of every human being and striving to achieve it can be the healing for our chaotic inner selves which, in turn, leads to:
  1. Allah’s  love
  2. Greater productivity
  3. Confidence
  4. Satisfaction and joy
Therefore, it is essential to exert effort in seeking closeness to your Creator. To begin with, the prescription to getting closer to Allah requires a few things from you:
  1. Strong intention to get closer to Allah
  2. Patience
  3. Consistency
  4. Avoid doing nothing
Let’s first consider our worth to Allah . If you want to know your worth to Allah , then see what you are doing with your life. Are you pleasing Allah  or disappointing Him?
Don’t like your answer?
Well, there is good news. The fact that you are seeking closeness to Allah  means He wants you to remember Him. Being productive is very important as a Muslim. It is a sign of Allah’s  mercy that you have come to seek beneficial knowledge from websites like this one. A righteous deed is like a pearl necklace – when it breaks, all the pearls follow one another quickly.
Abu Huraira (RA) reported that the Prophet Muhammad  said that Allah , the Exalted and Glorious said, “I am near to the thought of My servant as he thinks about Me, and I am with him as he remembers Me. And if he remembers Me in his heart, I also remember him in My heart, and if he remembers Me in assembly I remember him in assembly, better than his (remembrance), and if he draws near Me by the span of a palm, I draw near him by the cubit, and if he draws near me by the cubit I draw near him by the space (covered by) two hands. And if he walks towards Me, I rush towards him.” (Sahih Muslim).
We need to struggle to achieve great things. The harder the struggle is, the better the outcome becomes. Getting close to Allah  takes time. We cannot expect everything to magically fall into place by doing a righteous deed. You need to depend on Allah  and trust that what He has planned for you is the best you can have, for this life and the hereafter.
Here are some tips to achieve closeness to Allah  (glorified and exalted be He):

1. Dua’a (Supplication)ادعوالله

We forget that we need Allah’s  help and strength to guide us. When we get too caught up with dunya (this life) we often think we can do it on our own without His help. We have to know that nothing changes without the strength and power of Allah . We need to ask Him for His help, even if it is to get closer to Him, or become better at worshiping Him. We need to seek refuge in Allah  in everything. It could be negative thoughts we have, our lack of productivity or even our lack of faith. We need to ask Allah  to help us and guide us to the Straight Path. Allah  says in the Qur’an:

”And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me – indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided”(2:186).

2. Stay Away from Poisons ابتعد عن مايغضب الله

You need to get any poisons out of your life. Poison has many forms. Fix your heart, by staying away from anything that Allah  doesn’t love. If you are around friends that make you sin and make you disappoint Allah , then you need to get them out of your life.
The Prophet Muhammad  said: “A good friend and a bad friend are like a perfume-seller and a blacksmith: The perfume-seller might give you some perfume as a gift, or you might buy some from him, or at least you might smell its fragrance. As for the blacksmith, he might singe your clothes, and at the very least you will breathe in the fumes of the furnace.” (Sahih Al-Bukhari)

3. Get to Know Allah [SWT] Through His 99 Beautiful Names تدبر في اسمائه الحسنى

How can you love Allah  and want to get closer to Him if you don’t know Him that well? We fall in love with people as we get to know them more and realize that they have a lot of beautiful qualities and characteristics. Of course Allah  is above any analogy, but you need know Him more. Wanting to get closer alone won’t do you any good without falling in love with your Creator. Start with the name of Al-Wadud, the Ever-Loving. Allah’s  love for you is unconditional. He does not need or want anything from you in return. He loves you so He keeps giving you even if you disobey Him. Ask Allah  with His 99 Names.
He is the One who is closest to you (Qareeb). So ask Him to bring you closer to Him. Call on Him using the name Al-Wadud and ask Him to love you more and make you love Him more. It’s as simple as that. We tend to overthink stuff and forget that if we seek refuge in Allah  , He will make everything easier on us.
Abu Huraira  narrates that the Prophet  said, “If Allah loves a person, He calls Gabriel saying, ‘Allah loves so and-so; O Gabriel! Love him.’ Gabriel would love him and make an announcement amongst the inhabitants of the Heaven. ‘Allah loves so-and-so, therefore you should love him also,’ and so all the inhabitants of the Heaven would love him, and then he is granted the pleasure of the people on the earth.” [Sahih Al-Bukhari]

4. Dhikr (Remembrance of Allah )اذكر الله دوماً

Remembering Allah  is essential in achieving closeness to Him. You can remember him by engaging in dhikr (remembrance) and tasbeeh (praise).
Say Astaghfirullah a lot to erase your sins.
Say Alhamdulillah so Allah will give you more.
Look outside your window and say Subhan-Allah about His beautiful creations.
The most elegant form of remembering Allah  is by looking at His creations. When you are in between tasks like driving or walking, remember Allah . Listen to Islamic lectures or Islamic poetry that talk about Allah’s  glory. Surround yourself with people who remind you of Allah . Attend halaqas or religious circles in masjids or you can even create your own gathering of remembrance. The more you remember Allah , the more He will remember you. See what happens when you are sitting in a gathering that is filled with Allah’s  remembrance.
Allah’s Messenger [SAW] said:
“Whenever some people gather in one of Allah’s houses (mosques) to recite the book of Allah and study it among themselves – then calmness (tranquility) descends upon them, the angels surround them, mercy covers them, and Allah mentions them to those who are with Him.” (Sahih Muslim)

5. Follow the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad

اتبع سنة الحبيب محمد علية أفضل الصلاة وأتم التسليم

By following the Sunnah of our prophet  we will gain the love of Allah . When you gain the love of Allah, you will get closer to him. Following the sunnah of the Prophet makes you a better person. You will have better manners and ethics. Read more about the Prophet ; fall in love with your Messenger. After all, he was a mercy to all mankind. Allah says so in the Qu’ran:
“Say, (O Muhammad, to mankind): If ye love Allah, follow me; Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (3:31)”.

6. Stay Connected to the Qur’an ابقى مع القرآن

Reading or memorizing the Qur’an alone is not enough. Understand it and act upon it. Try your best to act the way we were asked to in the Qur’an. Strive for the best. Reflect on its meanings; it will give you answers to your daily life’s complications. When you read the Qur’an and understand it more you will be more likely to reach the level of ihsan. You will want to do everything right. In the form of a man, Gabriel/Jibreel  once entered a gathering where the Prophet  was sitting. One of the questions the angel asked was to elaborate on the term “ihsan”, Prophet Muhammed  said, “That you worship Allah as if you see Him, for if you don’t see Him then truly He sees you.”(Bukhari and Muslim)

Wrapping It All Up

Be productive, seek knowledge and take action. The more you love Allah , the more you will do to get closer to Him. The more you get closer to Him, the more He will get closer to you. The more you will want to learn about the sunnah and the Qur’an and want to get even closer to Him, the closer you will become to reaching the level of ihsan. When you reach that level you will feel Allah’s  love and you will be satisfied with everything He gives you. You will be productive because you won’t want to waste time without pleasing Allah . You will be confident in anything that you do in your life, because you will have full trust in Allah . May Allah  guide us to the path that takes us closer to Him. Ameen.
